Suspicious Circumstances - Criminal Damage

Alert message sent 11/11/2018 18:26:00

Information sent on behalf of Lincolnshire Police

On the evening of 10th October between 16.15 and 16.50 someone cut barbed wire fencing to a field on Ashing Ln, Dunholme - this enabled a horse to escape onto the highway.  Fortunately the horse was uninjured and able to be returned to a safe location before an accident occurred, however the horse was clearly unsettled.
It cannot be confirmed at this time if the intent was to take the horse or to cause damage.
If you have any information please call 101 and quote incident 385/10/11/18 refers.
